EthnoArts

What is EthnoArts?

Ethnic Art forms, such as songs, poems, dance, drama, verbal arts and visual arts,          are fundamental elements of any cultural system, and reflect the heart concerns and responses of a culture. Many cultures of the world are traditionally oral and use these art forms for communication, rather than the written word.

These cultural traditions, when researched and accessed appropriately, can be used effectively in various domains such as Language Development, Community Development, Trauma Healing, Oral Storying, Scripture Engagement and more.
